We will need your name, address and telephone numbers. One night rent will be required to hold your property, if it is 60 days in advance you may mail a check, the check must be received with-in 7 days of making the reservation. If less than 30 days, we will require a credit card & 1 night rent will be charged, and is non-refundable. Balance is due when you check-in & may be paid by credit card, money order or cash. Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, non-refundable, one time fee due at check-in for pet friendly properties only. No Maid Service During Stay. No Refund For Early Departure.
