One night rent will be required to hold your property, If less than 30 days, we will require a credit card & 1 night rent will be charged, and is non-refundable. Balance is due when you check-in & may be paid by credit card, money order or cash. WE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, non-refundable, one time fee due at check-in for pet friendly properties only. No Maid Service During Stay. No Refund For Early Departure. All our properties are fully furnished, have all bed and bath linens, kitchens are equipped with pots, pans and dishes, and large & small appliances (full size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.)
