Spent 2days at your condo as mine 116 was occupied. Had a very nice time and spent a lot of time at the beach with nephew and wife whom I had not seen in 14 yrs. Ironic that my grandparents were Hicks friends from Battersea London. My Mum had that maiden name when she married.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our honeymoon at SeaBreeze. The room was excellent, clean, and very beautiful. It’s proximity to the beach made the stay even better. We definitely took advantage of the on site pool and hot tub as well. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I took a much needed get away for a few days. This condo was beautifully appointed, had all the needed basics, a lovely pool/hot tub and was very close to the beach and great restaurants. We will be staying here again!!

Clean, safe, close to beach,close to restaurants, lovely pool, balcony to sit on every morning with coffee! We would stay here again. We had #122 on the second floor. Elevator or stairs can be used. #122 was clean, smelled nice, and looked like the pix. Had a great vaca here.

Started staying here after Harvey shut down most of the condos at Port A. Great little condo for a couple or small family. Nicely furnished and well kept property and pool. Property management made easy check in and out and has an app to help. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach vacation at Port A.

Lovely break from reality...

We stayed in Unit 122 over the 4th of July holiday, while there were many restrictions on the beach we found our trip to be very enjoyable and safe. We traveled as a family of three with a young toddler and brought a porta-crib which fit perfectly in the unit. We found there to be many pots, pans, and dinner ware we did bring our own grill pan, as the bbqs are not available d/t COVID. This has both a Keuring and a regular coffee pot! There were not as many cleaning supplies as I would have like, only stove cleaner and dish soap. They offer a sponge a dish soap that would be enough for about 3-4 days. We weren't sure about the water and brought bottled to make ice and drink. The main bed was very comfy and the unit was always cool. Take heed to the info about the fridge and don't over pack with warm items at first, it is small and takes a while to cool down. The pool was very nice and so was the hottub. There was never too many people at the pool which we enjoyed. The unit is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and a lovely ice cream shop! With a toddler we always ate in but did get take out and walked up for an ice cream. I would definitely recommend the Sea Breeze 122 unit and hope to be back. Oh-if coming by ferry the HEB near the ferry is VERY small(no meat or seafood department and VERY limited wine selection), pick up any seafood from Pauls (around the corner from the unit) it was so delicious!

Beautifully decorated, made us feel welcome and right at home for our 3 night stay. Right size for the 3 of us. Picked this one since it had washer & dryer. Centrally located to beach, fishing pier, many restaurant options, retail stores - within walking distance. If walking not you thing, they offer golf cart rentals. Nice pool & hot tub, AC worked well, hot showers, plenty of bath towels. Adequate kitchen supplies for our simple meals in. Small but nice balcony patio w/ 2 tall chairs with pool view. Priced right for the quality. We'd recommend and certainly hope to be back here, soon! Life in Paradise, a great agency to work with!

Property Mgmt Made The Best Of Less Than Ideal Situation

The space was newly remodeled and in close proximity to the beach and other local restaurants. When we arrived, there was a condensation issue with the air conditioner that had made the living area difficult to access without shoes on. We reached out to the property management company, who let us know they would resolve the issue and we had to relocate for the rest of our trip. Sad we could not stay here the entire time, as the property was in great shape otherwise!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seabreeze Suites! The condo we stayed in was very clean, had updated appliances and decor, was very comfortable, and the grounds with pool were fantastic! We would love to make this condo a regular place to stay for our annual beach trip. We loved the location of the condos because it was in walking distance of awesome local restaurants and live music! We had a great time and would recommend everyone to book at Seabreeze Suites and through Life in Paradise booking agency.

It is a lovely condo. Newly renovated. Our only issue was lukewarm showers the water never got hot just tolerably cool not cold. I would recommend this property.

Great time in Port A

Enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze Suites. The property location is in old town which we like since it’s close to restaurants and shops. The property is on Beach St which is a short walking distance to the beach and Bob Hall Pier. Only negative would be that the elevator at Sea Breeze was not working at the time. This room is on the second floor so it wasn’t a big deal for us but may be for others. The representatives at Life In Paradise were very friendly. They gave us a good price on a cart rental and the cart was in excellent condition. Would definitely stay at this property again.

I was surprised how close to the beach i was going to be and love all the amenities that were giving--it was record lows and cold the first night but the next night was nice and what i expected-- the rooms here are very clean and nice at the price- the place next door had great food and entertainment -- your one step from everything-- nice place and ill come back in September being im from North Louisiana -- loved it and thanks to the guys At Sea Breeze!!! Really!!! Nice place!!!!

Building looks pretty bad from outside, but it's a pleasant surprise inside. It had everything you need for your stay. The only negative is the warnings everywhere for everything they'll charge you for if something gets dirty or strained or anything. I'm a clean guest, but I felt compelled to do laundry and even vacuum! Also the cleaners let themselves in to clean on our final day, even though it was a couple hours before checkout, without knocking first. Glad I was dressed!
