Coastal Chic Cutie is a very nice updated condo on the 3rd floor located in the Sea Breeze Suites Condo Complex. You’ll have access to the incredible pool area complete with hot tub, outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping from the balcony and watching sunrises from bed. This condo has new fixtures, appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a meal (no dishwasher) and a table with seating for three to dine. The open suite offers two Queen beds, a sitting area and a full bath with a modern vanity separated from the tile stand-alone shower. Sip your morning coffee or an adult beverage from the balcony with views of the Gulf and overlooking the shared pool grounds. You’re 0.5 miles away from the Port Aransas beach, the South Jetty and walking distance to many of the best restaurants, shops and bars Port A has to offer. Laundry facility on-premises. Nice view, ambiance, pool was perfect for smaller children. Would suggest only basic salt pepper coffee that I have seen in other Vrbo rentals, since people may bring coffee pods and not grounds. Could benefit from refresh on the frying pan(larger) and spatula (broken):) Love the addition of the high chairs on the balcony, and recommend carpet at entry instead of between beds (water, sand). Thank you for a relaxing time, we needed it! JG

Loved staying here. The condo is within walking distance to several great restaurants and the beach. The condo itself was very chic and cozy- giving us everything we needed for our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and we did not experience any noise disruptions. Excellent value and wonderful memories.

The condo was PERFECT! the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great to watch the sunrise. Close to the beach. It had this cozy feeling to it, which is what we wanted. We were originally going to do a hotel, but this spot was perfect. We decided this is going to be our spot to rent from now on! The jacuzzi after a long day at the beach topped it off. The fact that it is a small place, makes it perfect so its not overly crowded at the pool. We came in June and we had plenty of pool space. Maybe one or 2 other small families, nothing to major. It's also very close to a lot of restaurants, walking distance even.

This place is great, awesome location in town, nice pool, clean inside and perfect for 2-3 ppl. Only complaints is NO dishwasher - hand washing dishes is not fun on vacation and spend some money on chairs for the balcony so your guests can sit outside and see the pool and the beach from the balcony. Recommend some HIGH sitting chairs that clear the railing so you don't have to stare at a wood railing in your face!

Very close to downtown, walkable to local bars. The pool was clean and refeshing. Band New Grill available for use. Really lovely decorating in our room. Room was very clean and we did have an issue with the door lock, but the Staff came over and fixed it in less than 10 minutes.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in the Coastal Chic Cutie! The property manager kept in touch with us before, during and after our stay! The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and updated as it appeared to be in the VRBO pictures! We had an awesome view of the pool and the beach in the distance. The kitchen was also well stocked to meet our needs for preparing meals. We will definitely plan to come back to Coastal Chic Cutie when we return for another fishing weekend in Port Aransas!

Girls getaway

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property. The room was exactly as described. Clean, with everything needed, except an ice maker or more than one ice tray. The location is perfect in the middle of town and close to the beach. The pool was not so sparkling, but was cleaned during our stay which was great-except the landscaper came AFTER and the pool was full of grass clippings. No elevator but stairs were not too bad and actually got used to them by the one we left. The service I read from Life in Paradise was beyond amazing, quick responses and helped me get some paperwork back to Dallas due to a family emergency. They also offer golf cart rental and delivery at a fair price. I would use this mgmt company again and stay at this property again.

I enjoyed the Unit, #135. It was nicely furnished and well decorated in a good location. Management people were very professional. The elevator not working needs to be in bold letters all over the website and in the reservation confirmation, etc. I received numerous emails about the unit and nowhere did it discuss the elevator still being out because of the hurricane. You just need to blast that out with other information. There needs to be more rugs in unit. One between the beds and between the bed and bathroom because the floors get dirty from the sand so this would allow guests to wipe their feet before getting into bed. The unit was not cleaned underneath the bed and the floor felt that it had not been given a good mop in awhile. I had to unplug and plug back the Spectrum box to reset it and when I moved the teal bookcase, I found a pillow and some other items that looked like they had been behind there for awhile. Other than that, I enjoyed the unit and my stay and I will be back again. Thank you.

This place is walking distance from ALL the restaurants, and the beach. There was no need to rent a golf cart, or worry about parking.

We enjoyed our stay in this place. They had the kitchen and dining essentials that we needed for a short stay. Beds are comfortable. Place was nice and clean.Great use of furniture,perfect for a small space(except for the big size refrigerator and the cleaning tools on the side).Loved the universal charging station,wifi strong,cable connections available. Weather turned cold during our stay but we enjoyed our stay anyway because of the proximity of the place to the beach,restaurants and music, also thoroughly enjoyed the warm jacuzzi on 50'F weather. Thanks for the extra towels!

It was okay. The place was okay. There was mold growing on the ceiling. It was very very dusty.

Thank you for submitting your review with us, we unfortunately fell short of your expectations, we went by to inspect the unit after your stay and noticed a small black spot in the ceiling, we did address the mold immediately after seeing it, we believe this was caused due to the humidity in the area and the previous guest must have left the door open for a while that added the surface mold in the corner, we have applied the chemicals to remove the stain, if you ever decide to stay there again you will see that we listen and took care of the issue, if you would have let us know during your stay we would have taken care of the issue immediately.

Room was amazing!! Very clean and beds were very comfortable!! We’ll definitely stay in 135 again!!! Only think we didn’t like was swimming with the frogs in the pool but that’s nature! Very close to beach and fun bars!!

The entire rental process went very smoothly!The room is wonderful! Perfect view of the Gulf and the pool. It is decorated so nice-lot's of special touches. The shower is amazing-it's like a spa after a long day at the beach-beds are very comfortable. Every time we go the grounds are always well kept-swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Super cute pool area. It's walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and retail stores. We have stayed numerous places over the years in Port A. After finding Sea Breeze-it's so affordable and very nice-this is the only place we stay now. We always ask for rooms 115 or 135!

My husband and I took one of our grandsons to the beach for his first experience, and we were completely comfortable in this very lovely condo. The beds were comfortable so we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped so we ate several meals there. The walk-in shower was wonderful. Drove to beach which was just a couple of minutes away. Great vacation!

My wife and I really enjoyed the time we spent here. The beds were super comfortable. The wood-paneled walls, tile floor, and nice shower made the condo feel luxurious even though it was priced the same as other units in the building. Great location near restaurants, bars, and beach. Everything was clean and well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described. As this is too soon after Hurricane Harvey, the elevator had not been repaired during our visit. A nice view of the sunrise and boats waiting in the harbor. We could hear the ocean but not see it due to the dunes and grasses (3rd floor). the pool looked nice but was frequented by pigeons and seagulls.

Very, very nice condo and pool area; some parts of the building still recovering from Harvey. A few suggestions: a rug inside the back door to the patio (we were constantly tracking in sand and salt); some coasters to protect the furniture from constantly sweating drinks; a few extra rolls of toilet paper (we stayed a full week). The one complaint is that we were told repeatedly by email and on the phone that we had to arrive and check in at the office by 5:00 pm. We drove long and hard to make it by that time only to find the office empty. There was a packet with necessary information, which we were told would be left for us if we had to arrive after hours. Well, if this packet was going to be left for us anyway, why was it made to sound so important that we arrive by 5:00 pm?!

My best friend and I had a Girl's Two Day vacation at this lovely condo. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were beautiful, and the washed natural wood on walls and ceiling made it so beachy. I loved the Blue Willow dishes!! Thanks for the great high porch chairs. Top-notch all the way!!
