You’re only a block away from the Port Aransas beach and the South Jetty. All new appliances and fixtures with comfortable beds. Ideal for a small family of 4 with everything you need to prepare meals in this property. No pets allowed, no smoking inside property. Laundry facility on 1st floor. Limited parking to two cars per unit

Room was great with exception shower head did not function properly. It needs to be looked at.
The room was "ok" but a great view of the gulf, very nice pool and bbq area. Would stay again, but they do need to treat for insects (roaches). Overall it great for the money but if you can afford more go for it.

Thank you for submitting your review, as we are glad you enjoyed the complex and the great view the unit on the 4th floor provided from the balcony we are sorry to hear about your other issues, these unit are sprayed inside and out for roaches on a quarterly basis try our best to make sure they are not inside the units, the palmetto bugs are attracted to the palms natural to this region, we will make sure we get our pest control to spray the unit so that this not happen again. Please feel free to come back again and give us another chance.
