This updated Townhome is located in The Commons community. Upgraded and decorated with coastal charm, this spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home is outfitted with all the modern conveniences. Less than a mile to the beach and a short ride to restaurants, shopping, and exciting activities. Cool off in the large shared pool, take advantage of the shared area with charcoal BBQ grill & picnic tables and soak up the sun in the relaxing hammocks! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

This spacious Townhome is comfortably decorated with warm tropical colors and clean colorful floors. The open floor plan gives you and your guests a place to entertain or relax. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig, stainless steel appliances and all the necessities and some extras for cooking and baking. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room has a large TV with cable and Wi-Fi, a couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa and 3 large chairs. There is also a half bath for easy wash-up. Upstairs tucked neatly in the hallway is a washer and dryer. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, TV and en-suite bath with a shower/tub unit. The bunk room (BR2) has a set of Twin beds and a TV. The guest room (BR3) has a Queen bed and room for your beach attire. These two rooms share a hallway bath with a stand-alone shower. The floors are stained concrete downstairs and pine upstairs for easy clean-up. The walls are 10" thick concrete to keep things quiet and cozy.

Overall

We enjoyed the place but did feel the unit needed a good heavy cleaning. Comforters were a little dated and could use some newer lighter comforters; same for the decorative bed pillows. Kitchen dishes needed a little organization, and review of what is really needed. Kitchen/living area smelt a bit musty- we had to get a plug in air freshener to make it habitable and it helped. Everything else was good. Front door - first impression- needs to be repainted or washed. We will look again for your services when we return as we were overall happy - just felt the rental home needed a spruce up. A broom would have been nice to sweep up the entry way. Port A is a beautiful area.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in unit 702!!! The home was very inviting. The location and decor were great and it had everything we needed for our stay. An extra bonus was the fact that we had the pool all to ourselves since we were there during the week during off season.

The Commons 702 was just fine. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves. Life in Paradise took care of our needs to a very high standard. The weather was not the best but it was better than at home.Thank you for a good two months.

Perfect place to escape to the coast. Beautiful townhome, had everything we needed, and a quick walk to the beach. The beds are super comfy, kitchen fully equipped, beautiful pool area and close to everything you could possibly need. Absolutely loved it!!

The townhouse was ready for us when we arrived. The rental agency was responsive and helpful when we added things, like a golf cart rental, on at the last minute. The property was quiet and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and some seasonings.

Great experience with family. Only suggestion is bbq pit is small and falling apart. Also looks like pool fence probably needs to be replaced.

Our stay at the Commons was so perfect. We enjoyed the quiet community, the pool, and convenience to the beach. Port A is a quaint beach town, excellent nearby restaurants. Our service from and communication with the Life in Paradise team was excellent. We stayed at 702 because I know the owner, and we LOVED IT! The townhouse, which had everything we needed, excellent space, lovely decor and the pool just outside the door, was a perfect spot for our girl's weekend. Can't wait to visit again!

Loved our time at the Commons! I knew the owner and already had some great recommendations for the area, but it was my first time to Port A and it was lovely!! The space was great for our girls' weekend and we had all we needed. Easy access to the beach, the pool just outside the door, all of the decor was well done, loved the floor plan! Whats not to love about Port A?! Made some wonderful memories. Thanks to Life in Paradise for assistance during our stay. Will visit again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay, there are just a few small things that need to be addressed. There was not a remote for one of the TV's upstairs. There was no dishwasher soap, and the toilet in the master bedroom runs about every couple of minutes. There was not a broom for us to sweep the floor. All are minor details for an amazing place to stay.

Very clean and nicely decorated. I really liked the lay-out, especially how close to the pool we were. It was amazingly quiet given the proximity to the pool. Life in Paradise was wonderful to work with - easy to contact and very responsive. Long walk to the beach, but the trolley (only costs a quarter) picked us up and dropped us off right in front of The Commons.

It was ok. I thought it was kind of pricey but then I don’t do this very often. The place was nice but had cockroaches in it. I thought it was closer to the beach than it was.

Check-in was smooth and the condo was perfectly furnished with clean sheets and towels. I like to cook on vacation. The condo was stocked with all the necessary dishes, cookware and utensils for hosting dinner with our friends. Felt just like home away from home.

Had a AWESOME time!!! Inside the condo was great! Had a leak from the upstairs shower to the downstairs kitchen countertop when the shower turned on but I let the management company know..everything in great working condition,clean, the kids loved being right outside the pool, pool was clean and kept up. Only thing that was kinda gross was dumpster was out in front of condos and trash didnt get picked up until Monday so it was overflowing with trash that stunk. If they moved that to the back where not everyone saw it first thing as your pulling up to condo might not be as bad or have it picked up mid weekend! Other than that awesome stay!!!
