7th313: 7th Street Retreat: 2BR / 2BA / 6 Guests / Charcoal Grill / No Pets / Golf cart accessible / Parking for 4 vehicles, No parking on the road

 

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath home located in Old Town Port A. New flooring, appliances, decor, furnishings, and fresh paint set this place apart from the others. The ground level consists of an enclosed laundry area with a washer/dryer, a bathroom with a shower which is convenient for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a charcoal grill for your entertainment needs.  The second level has a full kitchen with a large island prep area for your culinary needs, Keurig, a bar with seating for 3, a wood dining table with seating for 4, a living area with a new couch, sofa, TV with cable, and complimentary WIFI. Bedroom #1 (BR1) has a king-size bed, nightstands and closet. Bedroom #2 (BR2) has 2 Twin beds, nightstands and closet. The shared bathroom has a tile tub/shower combination unit. Drink your morning coffee on the back balcony or just enjoy the evening admiring the panoramic view of Old Town. The Loft (BR3) is on the 3rd level which has a Twin bed with a pull-out trundle to sleep 2, large floor space for kids to play with the games furnished by the owners. There is ample parking for your vehicles, golf cart, and watercraft, and a covered sitting area under the second floor.

The house was cute and clean! It was at a very convenient location to the beach and downtown Port A. The neighbors were nice! There were was a lot of outside space to hangout. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. The rental of beach gear from the company was very convenient as well. The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is bc in the room with two twin beds the second day we found tons of brown flies with clear wings on the floors. They seemed to be dying. They weren't there the first day and after we wiped them up the second day they didn't come back…very strange, but considering they went away we didn't notify the property management. We did enjoy our stay over all! A few things to know:Bring extra toilet paperThe downstairs bathroom is more of a after beach bathroom/shower than actual bathroomWear shoes on deck some of the nails are loosening/liftingThe neighbor let us use their trash can bc ours was half full when we got there so we quickly filled it upBedrooms don't have tvs

Great Vacation at 7th Street Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7th Street Retreat! The house was clean and comfortable and is in a great location close to the IGA grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants. Renting a golf cart makes the short drive to the beach fun and easy. Life in Paradise was great to work with, too.

Had a great stay at this cute beach cottage! Fantastic location to the center of town and very close to the beach. Everything was clean and orderly and quite cozy. Loved the large back deck, and Netflix was a nice surprise! Can’t wait to go back.

Very close to many amenities. Short drive to the beach. Quiet street with good neighbors. We'll be back next year!! There's isn't much to not like about this house!

the rental itself was nice the only thing was it's too far from the beach and I think it would have been nice to have a pool since the beach is not near by

The house was in great location, near all the restaurants and shopping and grocery store! And most importantly easy access to the beach! The house was super clean and decorated so cute! We felt very at home and lived having acolytes place to stay in after a tiring day at the beach! Loved it!!

The cutest beach house. No detail spared. The house was perfect for our three young kids. Girls loved the twin bed rooms, toys to play with, & even a high chair for my baby. Loved it.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at 7th Street Retreat! The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has new appliances and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and our kids loved sleeping in the loft. Its located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Port A and is close to the beach and all our favorite shops and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it!
