AH-H131: Remodeled First Floor Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Near Marina

Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled first-floor condo which sits near the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen with spacious countertops, new appliances, and stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six with additional seating for two at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the patio in the Bay air. The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper, chair, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The guest bedroom (BR1) is perfect for kids with one Queen bed and one Twin bed, a nightstand, chest, and closet. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, nightstands, TV, chest and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower.  Take a swim in the pool, sit in the hot tub, or cook dinner on the shared grill which is just steps away. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

We loved our stay in Port A! AH-H131 was a perfect condo for our family. Comfortable, clean, and was easy to check in/out. I loved that there were books and games. We didn't play the games but my daughter and I read a book together on the beach. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated that there were spices and Saran Wrap to use. Beds were comfortable. We had 6 people stay: 2 adults, 3 teen & preteen girls, and 1 teen boy. The couch in the living room makes out to a bed. There were clean sheets and blankets to make up the couch bed. We felt that the layout was nice with big closets to put luggage, hooks by the front door to hang our keys on, and the shelves in living room were great to rest our hats and sunglasses to grab on our way out. We brought our own toiletries, but was nice that it was there. The only con really was the flooring. It was coming up in several places. You could see it had been duck taped down in places. The kitchen had a place that caught my foot a couple of times. Nothing bad though. There was a rug in the kitchen and we just put it over that spot so it wouldn't cut a foot. I can imagine that the climate is rough on floors!We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to others.

This place was amazing better than. We thought I was gonna be. We rented the condo for my son's 9th birthday weekend and he enjoyed every minute of the stay that includes my other 2 kids and my wife. We definitely b coming back thank you guys We had a blast.

This was a beautiful Condo, this condo was clean and I love how close we were to the pool. I only had two issues one was the google map link that took us into a new subdivision and it kept telling us we were there but we weren't. We eventually found the condo, and the second issue which isn't the property fault but our upstairs neighbor they were so loud and up late like 2 am sometimes but again this wasn't the properties fault or host fault, we still had an amazing time.

The only issue we had was the freezer door. It wouldn't shut well and stay shut on the left side even though someone did come and try to fix it. Also I couldn't get the electric sockets to work in either bathroom and had to dry my hair in the bedroom it really wasn't an issue with me. The condo was nice and clean and available when it was supposed to be. I would stay there again.
