This Beautifully decorated bottom-floor Condo is a great getaway spot to enjoy your family vacation. The shared pool is just steps from the front door. When you are tired of swimming, you can sun beside the pool in lounge chairs or cool off in the shaded sitting area. It is approximately a 1/2 mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. Take advantage of our golf cart rentals to experience it all like a local. This property has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. There are tile floors throughout. The living room has plenty of seating which is arranged for you to be able to interact with those at the dining table or kitchen area and never miss out on the conversation or fun. It has a large flat-screen Smart TV, high-speed internet and cable, a ceiling fan, and a sofa sleeper. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, granite countertops, and stocked cabinets with cookware for your culinary needs. The wooden dining table has seating for 4, with 3 more seats at the bar. If you choose to bring your laptop, there is a perfect desk to use. The private Master bedroom (BR1) has a king-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a large closet for your beach attire. The master bathroom has double vanities, with a walk-in shower with glass doors. Guest bedroom #2 (BR2) has two full-sized beds, a ceiling fan, a nightstand, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen smart TV. The laundry closet between the kitchen and master bedroom contains full-sized washer & dryer units. The back patio is just off of the kitchen with seating and a smoker/charcoal grill to cook the best local cuisine.

I like the place & the location locion.Furniture needs to be updated. I always spend the 1st day cleaning after I get moved in. That's after I pay a nearly $200 cleaning fee.

We had a great time. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Texas beach was! The house was perfect and in a great location. We could run to the Dollar General for any necessary needs and the beach was a short walk away. We found that a golf cart rental made the trip more enjoyable. It was perfect to lug all our supplies to the beach and for shopping trips and eating out in the downtown area. Thank you, for the perfect end to our summer.

We thought it was the perfect place to stay! The condo was immaculate and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed. So many nice touches and a tv in every room and a pool to use if not at the beach. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I brought our best friends to Port A for their very first visit this past weekend. It was our second stay at Beach House of Blues, and of course, it did not disappoint. It just so happened to be my birthday weekend. I had a wonderful birthday and our BFFs now love Port A! The condo is EXCELLENT! It is always so clean and so well kept. We love the convenience of its location to everything we want to do in town. I have to give a shout-out to Brenda & Steve at Life in Paradise. They are awesome! Brenda was so helpful with the check-in and gave us great tips on places to eat. You can't go wrong with Beach House of Blues or Life in Paradise. Love y'all!

The only issue we had was we had two vehicles and Rented two golf carts but had to turn them in due to no parking for the golf carts...Other than that everything was Amazing...Your Employees were very welcoming and accommodating. We will stay again...Thank you

Sincerely, my family and I were blown away by this place. Upon arrival, everything was in perfect condition, super clean, smelled great. All essentials were there for my family and I. By the way, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is way bigger than it seems. The only complaint I have is that the neighbors there are NOT friendly. Unfortunately, I had to get into a bad verbal encounter with one. I also had a random girl knocking on my doorway in the early morning demanding to know if I know who's car was in one of the spots. I'm not sure what in the world is so important about these people and their spots, but considering they chose to live in a condo where they know that they have rentals next to them, they should be nicer to the tourists and more understanding about the parking spaces. I don't agree for the need to slam on people's doors and demand to know who's in their spots. It's ridiculous. Aside from this, the place itself is genuinely perfect for your stay in Port A.

Much needed escape

We had a wonderful time staying at The Beach House of Blues. Everything was very clean and our stay was very comfortable. Life in Paradise (Vacation rental property management) was very helpful with contactless check in and we also ended up renting a golf cart for our stay through LIP. Our place was only about a 5 minute drive with golf cart. We will definitely stay here and continue to use LIP in the future!!

Perfect place for a beach vacation! Condo was decorated perfectly for what you’d think a beach retreat would be! Super cute and clean! Has a beach entry pool that we really enjoyed! It’s walking distance to the beach (if you have beaches closed to vehicle traffic like we did)! Close to stores and restaurants as well! We had a golf cart and loved being right there by everything! We will be staying here for all of our vacations!

This property was perfect for our family getaway. The open kitchen/ living room was great for cooking and visiting, the bedrooms were very accommodating, the kids loved the pool being close by our unit, first floor with no stairs to climb, washer and dryer was a plus coming back from the beach too. We will be back!

My first impression when we walked in was just WOW! I’ve been vacationing in Port A for years, and this Condo is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed in! The condo is so spacious. It was immaculate and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed has a memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable. There is even a very nice grill with a smoker for barbecuing on the back patio. They furnish two coffee makers, a keurig and the regular style. So many nice touches with granite countertops throughout, fresh paint and a smart tv in every room. A wonderful beach entrance style pool, that appears brand new, is on-site for those days you don’t want to go to the actual beach. The reservations were easy and we never even had to see anyone. The clean up and check out was just as easy, no hassle at all.
