Beachside Getaway is a family-friendly three-bedroom, 2.5-bath Townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. This condo sits near the saltwater pool that is heated in the winter months.  Beachside Getaway is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor.  If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach where you can enjoy the surf and the sand.  A quick 2-minute drive takes you to shops, restaurants, and activities. Upon entering the foyer of this home you will find the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area with a half bath. The kitchen will meet all of your culinary needs. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, and a combination filter/pod coffee pot. There is seating for 8 at the large dining table with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy movies or sports on the amazing 85” Sony 4K Smart TV with Wi-Fi and cable provided. Relax on the large couch with a chaise on one end and 2 comfortable accent chairs. Beachside Getaway has a private patio off the living room with outdoor seating.  There is a gas BBQ for grilling your daily catch. Once upstairs you will find another living area with a large 55” 4K Smart TV and a comfortable Sofa, Chaise, and Double bed sofa sleeper in one. There is plenty of floor space for kids to play games. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet off of this living area for your use during your stay. The master bedroom (BR1) has a plush King-size bed, a 4K Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. The bunk room (BR2) has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and a Hi-Def Smart TV. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a plush King size bed and a 4K Smart TV.  Every bedroom has high ceilings, ceiling fans, and ample closet and dresser storage space for your beach attire. The bunk room and guest room share a full hall bath with a large walk-in shower unit. Enjoy the AMAZING Heated Community Pool with a fun Waterslide and many Palapas throughout. Beachside Getaway is located just blocks from everything in Port A! This property is not available for long-term rentals during the winter months.

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we loved every second! It was so clean upon arrival, had some great games to entertain our kids, and I loved the added toiletries and kitchen supplies to make our stay easier. We can't wait to come back!

Our Family Beach trip 2021 was a great success and the BS Getaway was a huge part of it. The condo was clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for all of us to fellowship and rest between the beach and excursions. Will definitely use them again.

Unit 507 was fantastic and CLEAN. You can tell the owners really thought about how they decorated and stocked the home. The kitchen had just about everything you could need, the grill was in great shape and the whole place just felt comfortable. We've stayed at places before where all the cooking supplies were old and worn out. Not the case here! The location was close to the beach and the pool was great for kids.

Gorgeous condo with all the amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, giant TVs in every room, beautifully furnished, lots of towels, comfy beds, heated pool with fun slide. Short distance to gulf- took us longer to load up on the rented golf cart than it took to drive to the beach. We can't wait to return!

Beachside Getaway is by and far one of the best beach properties we have ever rented. I was a little skeptical because it wasn't ocean view, but once we got there it never entered my mind. The golf cart worked so well. In 5 minutes we were at the beach.
The condo is amazing. Everything we could possibly need was available. The kitchen is well stocked, great linens, more TVs than you can imagine! The art work scattered throughout is beautiful.
We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at this property. Had everything we could have needed, from large supply of towels, extra sheets and blankets, great pots and pans and utensils, grill, spices etc. AC was perfect and enjoyed the layout. The large TV was a bonus. A couple things I would recommend would be a mattress cover or new mattress in the Master bedroom as the mattress was too firm. Also, some curtains to block out the morning sun would have been useful as well as access to the garage for storage. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate staying here again with a couple of adjustments. This was our second stay at these condos but we enjoyed this unit.

This condo was exactly as described/pictures. Super clean, beautifully decorated. 3 minute golf kart ride to the sand. We are a family of 4 and shared the week with another family of 4. Plenty of room to cook our meals while kids played cards in the living room or hit up the fabulous pool. We will be back next year for sure.

Because if you are, this is the place for you! We headed to the beach for a New Years getaway and we’re blown away with this place! It felt like a five-star hotel. The TVs were perfect for watching those NCAA football bowl games. The pool was heated and my girls loved the slide. The location was incredible as well, with just a short walk to the beach or a short drive to a number of restaurants/shops. My family and I had never been to Port A before, but after this last trip, it quickly became our new favorite! Looking forward to staying there again.

Absolutely love this place!! It's a quick walk to the beach.. pool was great.. bbq for guests to use in the back yard.. HUGE TV... great beds.. great kitchen setup... No question about it, I'm staying here again for my next visit!!

This was a great place to stay for two families. It is new so very clean, comfortable and nice furnishings, quiet, had everything for cooking and coffee, great location, and a cute little patio! The only downside is that the pool can get pretty crowded in the afternoon and it was too warm. But other than that, I would highly recommend this property.

Brand new, beautiful beachside getaway! Fully stocked kitchen and high end appliances. Everything was artfully designed with comfort in mind. TVs in every room and cozy places to curl up to watch. Wonderful pool onsite and walking distance to the beach. You will not be disappointed!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay! The location was ideal in terms of beach access and in the perfect place in town. Since we rented a golf cart, we didn't move our car once from the time we arrived until it was time to leave. This place is gorgeous, clean and fully equipped to handle a large group. We never felt cramped and my kids each loved having their own space. And the pool is an added bonus, it gave us a nice place to go unwind and the kids LOVED it! Already thinking about plans for our beach trip next year and would love to stay here again!

This was a great condo to merge two families. Spacious master bedrooms and the bunk bed room was a hit for all 4 kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool, cookware or utensil we could possibly need! It was also large enough to really cook a good meal without feeling cramped. Good location and the pool was a lot of fun! Service was great! The internet went down and they sent someone out that fixed with within 30 min. We will be back!
