The upper level consists of a large open dining floorplan for family and friend gatherings, an open kitchen to living room floor plan, (BR3-BR5) 3 king master suites with 2 full baths ensuite, and the 5th bedroom with a hallway bath. This was our fourth time in this house and we had a great time as always! My only suggestions are 1)clean the ceiling fans, 2)have kitchen tile professionally cleaned and 3)make sure all light bulbs are replaced (over sink, ceiling fans, etc). We come to Port A every summer and may choose this one again. Thank you!

Beachy Keen is well appointed and quite comfortable. The golf cart option worked well for our large family. Management was very responsive on a repair that needed to be taken care of. I would recommend Beachy Keen for a large party.

Nice and clean with this place being one of the top places I have stayed in port A. Everything was outstanding quality and nice. The AC worked better than any other place before. Had a great time and the kids loved it. Way to go!!!!

It was nice place to stay with friends. Right accross the street from the pool and a ten minute waslk to the beach.

There were 12 of us - 8 adults and 4 children. We had a blast as usual. I think this was our 4th time in this particular house.

This spotless home was perfectly located across the street from the neighborhood pool with a nice little lagoon right in the backyard. It was well furnished with good quality beds, a kitchen with everything you would need, and the bonus of 1 night free golf cart. With our littlest vacationers, the golf cart was a fun way to get them down to the beach since it's just a bit of a trek (no big deal unless you have small kids or are being attacked by those pesky September mosquitoes). I would note that this is NOT what I would consider a true 5 bedroom, as advertised. The \"5th bedroom\" is a bunk room in a common area, so if you have 5 couples and each would like a \"private\" bedroom, they will not be getting that. Check in and check out were super simple, management was very responsive to questions (we liked being able to text them), and again, the house was super clean and well-appointed. The only reason for the 4 star is because of the lack of a true 5th bedroom.

we were 13 family and friends staying at Beachy Keen. the house was awesome. room for everyone. well stocked and beautiful. our only request for the downstairs bathroom to have towel hooks and a shelf for toiletries. no vanity.
