Blue Buoy is a newly remodeled, adorable A-Frame home located on a cul-de-sac lot in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood with a walkaround deck overlooking a private pool and grilling area. This property is pet friendly with a completely enclosed yard and a large driveway for boat parking. The main entry and heart of the home is located on the second level. The beachy calming décor is carried throughout. Upon entry to the house, there’s an instant sense of cozy and calm as you walk through the living room area with a comfortable sofa and matching armchairs, a large TV, Wi-Fi and cable. There is a half bath between the living room and dining room area for guests’ convenience. Subway tile, beautiful granite countertops, separate coffee bar and led track lighting with dining table seating for four affords a pampered feeling with all the necessities of home. (*No Dishwasher *)  A short walk up the wood stairs is the two bedrooms, one overlooking the private pool,  both with Queen beds, dressing tables, wall-mounted TVs and large closets. There is a shared full hallway bathroom with a tile tub/shower.  Washer and dryer access is located on the ground level in the garage.  There is a spacious outdoor covered patio with seating perfect for grilling (charcoal grill) by the in-ground pool.  The large backyard is fully enclosed and fenced for privacy. 
This custom home has everything on the checklist for a fantastic, fun-filled getaway close to shops and restaurants and a 3-minute ride to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Buoy. It has an amazing little charm to it. The pool added a fun touch to it too. The place had everything you would need to cook your meals right there at the beach house.We will definitely be back to stay at this adorable beach house!!

We had a really great time staying here! The house has cute, beachy decor & we loved having the pool in the backyard. I was there with my 3-yr-old son, so I appreciated that they had a baby gate for the stairs inside & that the deck had locks on the gates so I could keep my kiddo easily contained. I also liked that it is on a quiet street & didn't have to worry about loud parties after putting my son down for naps & at night.

Great house in a great location! Close to everything! A Blue Buoy is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We brought a few kitchen utensils and didn't need them. From the furniture to the wall hangings to the books on the shelves, this house is GREAT! We really enjoyed the pool. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We will not hesitate to rent from Life in Paradise again. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning!

Cool place, perfect for our stay. Easy check in and check out. Items of concern were that the kitchen lights did not work, and there were no full sized bath towels available.

We had an excellent time in our rental. The pool makes this home worth the price. I would stay here again. Grass instead of rocks around the pool would have made the outside area a 10. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. We had to throw out food on our second day... but we aren't big complainers. Check in and out was amazingly simple. We had an excellent time.

We r in love with this rental!! Everything was great! Loved the pool and fenced backyard! Right down road from Nature preserve. Brenda, Gina, and Sebastian were so nice, friendly and helped with anything! Love them! Thank u for a wonderful stay! Hope to rent this Gem of a house again!!!

I’m worried that if I tell everyone how terrific Blue Buoy is, I might not be able to get a reservation next time. Blue Buoy is adorable. We found the place well stocked, clean, and cozy. The porch, small pool and balcony were highlights and we enjoyed a lot of time poolside. This place was even cuter than the pictures show. My only note of caution would be to mention that the stairs up to the bedrooms are short narrow and should be approached with caution. Overall we loved it, the kids, dogs and I can’t wait to return.
