Enjoy this island home on stilts which includes a washer & dryer. Great open floor plan with tile flooring throughout, granite countertops and Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, seating for 4 at the bar and dining room with seating for 6 which opens up to the living room. The three bedrooms allow plenty of room for a large family.  The master bedroom (BR1) is at the end of the hallway. It has a King size bed, TV, closet. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The guest room (BR2) has a King size bed and TV. The bunk room (BR3) has a Twin over Full bunk bed and TV. Large Flat Screen TV with Wi-Fi and cable in the living room, a recliner and a large L shaped couch with a sleeper  sofa. You will love to sit on this shaded balcony and enjoy your coffee and the sea breeze. No need to leave the house when you can cool off in the private pool. The outside stairs leading to the area below the house is shaded with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from a day at the beach, a picnic table and propane grill, great for entertaining or for outdoor meals. This house is centrally located to downtown and has a 15-minute walking distance or a fun golf cart ride to the beach.

This was a painless, positive experience from the start. Katie steered me to 3 houses to check out, based on asking a few questions about what I was looking for. She was spot-on, and the third one was the charm. The process was easy for my first-ever long-term rental as a Texan seeking a warmer place for January/February. Management was prompt in answering our calls, and in addressing our few issues. The internet down, one non-flushing toilet episode, replacing a porch light bulb and tightening a loose front door knob were dealt with promptly by Jeremiah and others. Loved the house & amenities, and felt safe in the neighborhood. We'll be back, and Life in Paradise will be out first call.

Second time renting this place and we loved it again. I just wish the pool light would've work because we spent lost of time there, but still being an amazing place to stay. We will definitely recommend and rent again next year or if possible in a couple of months

This vacation home was exactly what we needed! It was a comfortable stay with a relaxing environment! The pool was awesome! It was great for our kiddos that vary in age range. We really enjoyed this property!

This home is described well but has been updated and the photos don't reflect that. Has a large sectional couch, updated bedding and artwork. I have stayed in cleaner rentals, the floors were not cleaned well enough (various crumbs, items not swept up) which leads me to think it wasn't mopped either. Keurig and regular coffee maker were provided but the unit could used some better serving bowls/platters, non rusted cookie sheets, baking dishes and a large pot to cook pasta in. The deck only had three plastic chairs to sit in and a picnic table downstairs so we were constantly bringing our beach chairs up to sit outside.
