Located in a small community, this spacious townhouse has 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths and is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. This home overlooks the community pool, picnic area, lounge chairs, and grills. The living room is perfect for gathering on the large sectional, loveseat and chair while watching your favorite movie on the wall mounted TV. There is a half bath in the hallway for your convenience. Prepare dinner in the full kitchen furnished with basic dishes, pots, pans, utensils and both regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Dine at the large table with seating for eight. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom (BR1) with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa, reading area and wall mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a vanity and tile shower. At the top of the landing, sits another master bedroom  (BR2) with a queen size bed, luggage rack, nightstands, chest and wall mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a queen bed, nightstands, closet and wall mounted TV.  The bunk bedroom (BR4) has a twin over full bunkbed and wall mounted TV. These two rooms share a hall bath with vanity and tub/shower. The laundry room for your use is on the second levels. The yard has a privacy fence in rear of home. Winter Texans welcome. We had such a good time at this place, it fit all of us comfortably. It had everything we needed, but we did bring our large pans because we knew we would be cooking for a lot. Loved the pool right outside our door and so very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Just suggest a little more attention from housekeeping staff, even so, we would love to come back again.

RP23 is located next to the site swimming pool entry gate and Royal Palms is located near beach entry A1. Booking the unit was easy and we found the $105 credit for beach equipment to be a real plus. The equipment is left at the unit prior to arrival and is picked up at the unit at the end of the stay. We found the unit to be clean in good condition for our group of five adults and 2 children. You may want to make clients aware that pass is required to park on the beach. There is significant fine for not having a stick and they do enforce. We purchased a pass at the IGA Family Center.

Loved this adorable house! Short drive to the beach, cute community with pool, and has everything you and your group might need. Bonus - directly behind Domino's. The perfect beach house feel, decor and all. Will definitely be visiting again and again. Fiesta, siesta, repeat!

Great spot off 11th street stretch. Close to the beach, easy access of 361. This property is located in the back section of similar homes. During the week, it was very peaceful and quiet. Homes are close together so great for larger families/groups. Ample space inside the home, great rooms, spacious, and enough Meeting area in living and kitchen. Would stay again.

We had a great time here. Fiesta Palm had all we needed. The house was fresh painted, cleaned, fully furniture. It is very close to the public access to the beach. Great place and planning to return soon, LOVE THIS PLACE.

Everything was great. Furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. Only complaint we'd have is there wasn't a porch or patio for outside sitting. Unless you wanted to hang at the pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that there’s parking for 3 vehicles. The only reason for 4 stars was because of no hair dryer & I didn’t take mine. The pool is nice but that weekend one family monopolized the pool area. There were 17 people in the pool & all were together. We still had fun & will book again. Things happen!

Our small group had a great time in this rental. The pool was just steps away. The beach entrance was less than a mile by car.

What a beautiful rental! There was so much room for all 7 of us to spread out and have our own space. The kitchen is huge for a rental and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. We only had one issue and it was remedied quickly with the property management coming out to talk to us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The rules for the pool were annoying because of covid. People in other units didn't follow the recommendations so my 8 year old didn't get to swim as much as if we were in a bigger place...only 6 people in the pool area at a time....they recommended staying an hour but that did not happen with the younger adult crowd. It was a let down for our daughter since the beach was a drive away.

We are a little partial to this place! We love the owners & life in paradise property management. We love the location, the pool, our dogs are allowed, golf cart rental from LIP is super easy & best rates. Convenient to town and to the BEACH!! This house has everything. Great space and Great Price!!

The pictures are very accurate. Very comfortable place, in a good location. Not walking distance to the beach, but it's not far. The pool is literally steps out the front door. Our host was gracious and helpful. We had an air conditioner issue and someone was there IMMEDIATELY to fix it. Overall, highly recommend this house. So many wonderful, thoughtful touches, we had everything we needed.

The only negative is a little odd. We saw on one review that someone mentioned the dining table feeling \"sticky\"... It definitely was, and it was more of an issue than we expected. It just needs to be refinished I think, but playing cards on it was very complicated lol.

Thankfully, that was our only issue, and it wouldn't keep us from coming back again!

Great getaway during Spring Break, this house is a great place to stay minutes from the beach. Order a golf cart from the rental company and they will drop it off at the house upon your arrival, giving you one less thing to do! The house is decked out with everything you need but your bathing suit. Seriously, the kitchen has everything but your food. The whole house is decorated with fun vibrant colors to get your Port A vacation kick started; each room is themed differently. My kids couldn't decide if they wanted the Flamingo or the Palm Tree room, there are TV's in all bedrooms with cable if you get a little too much sun. There is a nice communal pool area with grills and ample space for everyone, it was a fun hotspot as people were returning from the beach.Stay here for a relaxing, hassle free beach break!

This property accommodated two families comfortable and we loved having the pool right out our front door. The location of this property is ideal for renting a golf cart and heading down to the beach or running over to a few of the local shops. We had a great time at Fiesta Palm!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and spacious for our large group with multiple families. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated little extras like children’s dishes and step stools for the small children in our group. Close proximity to public beach access as well. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, except we found crumbs in the master bedroom in the sheets the first night. Unacceptable.

We had an awesome time. This house was perfect. Perfect space & location. Close to beach, local shopping, local restaurants/bars/icecream shops.
Dog friendly, the shared pool was right outside the door.
This rental company was very nice. We rented the golf cart through them which they picked up on the day we departed (very convenient on the day you are packing up :)) Defiantly recommend to all my family and friends.

This place did not disappoint. House was perfect for us. Perfect location to the beach, pet friendly, local pool, local to shops/restaurants/bars! The property management was extremely nice, Golf Cart rented through them & they came to pick it up on Sunday which was nice to not worry about.

Great location close to town and the beach. We had two families and their was plenty of space for everyone and lots of sleeping and sitting options. We do a lot of house rentals and this was one of the best. They even took the time to label where everything is so that you aren’t spending your time looking for things.
