This second-floor studio condo has been completely updated with beautiful new finishes and décor. This unit will sleep four guests comfortably with two deluxe Queen beds and a Full pull-out sleeper couch. The nine-foot ceiling with LED recessed lighting makes it feel spacious.  Light ceramic tiles keep the space cool, no matter the weather. Prepare meals in the kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave), a drip coffee maker, stocked with basic pots pans, utensils and dishes (**NO dishwasher**). Outside the kitchen, a dining table with two benches and two chairs makes for cozy meals or is great for a game of cards. Watch movies on the large flat-screen TV from the couch. The full bathroom has a tub/shower, the sink and closet are also separated from the main room to provide privacy to change. Everything is conveniently within reach. Amenities include: a short walk to the beach over the boardwalk, access to laundry facilities, 2 shared pools, picnic benches, barbeque facilities & a tennis court. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Well decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Separated dressing area is terrific for privacy changing. Comfortable seating to enjoy the TV on a rainy day. Pool across parking lot, short walk to beach. Will definitely be staying there again.

This room is cute and in good condition. The sheets are kinda rough but overall I really liked it. Oh the air conditioner is really loud!
