This breathtaking property is located in the secure, gated community of Village Walk. This is a three-story, 3100 square foot free-standing condo and has been impeccably remodeled from top to bottom. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings, no detail has been left out. Ground-level features include a spacious downstairs living area with a couch, love seat and two chairs, a coffee bar and mini-fridge, storage room, 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) has 2 Queen beds, a chest for your beach attire, a TV and a full bath with a tub/shower. On the 2nd floor, a lavish master suite (BR2) with a King size bed, TV, sitting area with 2 accent chairs, complete with private deck, coffee bar, wine cooler, walk-in closet and large ensuite bath with a tub and stand-alone shower. Also on the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms with baths and a washer/ dryer tucked neatly into a closet. (BR3) has a Queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower. (BR4) is equipped with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and has a full bath with shower/tub. The top floor offers an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen with Keurig to satisfy your culinary needs and a large, covered deck for enjoying the ocean breeze. The living/dining area is designed for entertaining with a couch and 3 large chairs. The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 5 barstools at the bar. A spiral staircase leads from the deck to a rooftop deck with fabulous Gulf views. The private courtyard is equipped with BBQ grills, a fire pit, a fish cleaning table, a Pergola shade structure, and ambient lighting.
** Elevator is activated for handicap access ONLY, which services all 3 levels. Contact management to activate and unlock it**.  There are 2 community pools that are heated during the winter months.

This house is SO spacious! I love the multi-level floors with the rooms on each level, you can have a level to yourself! It's great for a large family or big group of friends. On the top level with the kitchen, dining and family tv room, you have an ocean view. It is tucked away in a quiet community where people are warm and friendly. The quick golf cart ride to the beach is fun and easy! I can't wait to go back!

We had our annual Port A family reunion at Village Walk this year in 2 condos and we stayed at Labella Vita. We loved having the elevator for our elderly parents! They were able to get around without using up their limited energy. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, had a great fridge, plenty of storage, great balcony, and awesome upper deck that was perfect for star gazing. AC worked great, tv had spectrum cable which was great for our parents to navigate, and hot water for showers was never a problem. About the only problems were that the dishwasher wasn’t supported properly and would tip over when opened when full, the kitchen had to light bulbs out, the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up for guys in one bathroom. Overall, we loved it and hope to return next year.

What a great place to stay. Enjoyed it very much. Life in Paradise are the best on communicating with you on the rental. The best customer service for sure! Condo was great. We had plenty of room for the extended family. The only thing is the parking is tight. Bigger vehicles have to watch it. Will stay here again!

This is a beautiful home & very spacious. Kitchen & main living room are on the 3rd floor above master bedroom. If you are a late or light sleeper you will hear everything. Be ready to work your legs there are many stairs (great exercise). We have no complains about our stay as we enjoyed our time here.

Prepare yourselves for a workout in this beautiful three story condo! It was well worth the amount of times going up and down stairs because it's very spacious and had lots of room to relax. Also, having four bathrooms was very convenient. My friends and I really enjoyed the third floor living room/kitchen and outside deck area the most. Even though the weather was a little gloomy, the house really was a great place to hang out with a group of 12. And be sure to check out the rooftop deck for a beautiful sunrise and sunset view!

We came with a group of girls for a graduation trip and this house was perfectly suited. The ground floor apartment was perfect for the parents. There were plenty of beds upstairs for 7 girls. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything we needed to cook big dinners. The patios were great. And, the management company was easy to work with.

We had a great family beach vacation at Labella Vita- so great that we extended our stay. Amazing house and great location for getting to the beach or into town for dining and shopping. Good property with near by location from the beach, roof top view is nice but can't see the beach. Property was clean overall, however we did find Cockroach in one of the rooms. Otherwise, overall stay was nice, we enjoyed it.

This unit has ample room for several families. It has an amazing rooftop deck that allows you to see the beach. It is not walking distance from the beach, you will need a golf cart. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a TV in every bedroom. There was a small problem with the internet which required a visit from Spectrum, not a huge deal in the end. Life in Paradise is a wonderful rental company, we were very pleased with their support and helpfulness.
