Have the best of luck when you stay at the Lucky Marlin! This beautiful home will comfortably accommodate multiple families.

Recently built in 2015, it has spacious rooms, and all the amenities your group will desire, and the beautiful beaches of Port Aransas are just a short golf cart ride away. Made for making memories, the open-concept floor plan combines the kitchen, dining, and comfy living area.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and a large pantry. The dining area seats eight with an additional six seats at the breakfast bar.
After a day at the beach, relax next to the private saltwater pool,  and palapa. Enjoy listening to your music on the built-in Bluetooth SONOS speakers and cooking on the gas grill in the outdoor kitchen.
The master suite downstairs (BR1) has a king-size bed and the ensuite bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and large walk-in closet. Upstairs is a second master suite (BR2) with a king-size bed, a large closet, and a private entrance to the balcony that overlooks the backyard, and pool area. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower. (BR3) This room is complete with two Queen beds, nightstands, and a large closet. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower. A fun bunk room completes (BR4) with 3 sets of twin bunk beds. This room also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans.
Enjoy the coastal breezes and the sound of waves rolling from the upstairs balcony, overlooking the pool for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The game room upstairs is loaded with fun! Shuffleboard table, foosball table, cocktail arcade machine, numerous family board games, large TV, DVD player, and Spectrum cable. The large sectional couch makes into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. There are also 2 beach bicycles for your use.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Lucky Marlin & we continue to love our "vacation home"! It is a great house to stay with family, lots of room to move around. The kitchen & outdoor grill are a big bonus for serving up family meals! But the pool is definitely our favorite part of the house! We can't wait to return next year!

To preface my comments, we have staying in no less than 6 similar places in Port A in the past. I have been visiting Port A for 64 years and owned a house at one point. My wife and I, two daughters with their husbands and 4 grandkids ages 2-8. The layout of the house is great! First floor kitchen making easy to haul provisions for the week, outside access to kitchen, garage for all my fishing stuff, GREAT pool and back yard area with covered areas and outdoor grill. Upstairs housed our families very well especially with bunk room for kids but able to put youngest in game room to assist with sleeping and naps. Game room a lot of fun for all as a bonus. A/C worked great, beds/linens/towels/kitchen tools, pool toys all were great. Golf cart was nice to have with the house. Great access to outside showers, hoses and trash cans. We plan on coming back again next year assuming ours schedules work with theirs. This is our favorite of all the places we have rented in the past. Now constructive criticism: upon arrival the pool was like a sauna, very hot, improved over the coming days. I would highly recommend a retractable sun shade over the pool. I understand wind concerns but one that can slide out and cover at least half the pool would be great. Can be done for less than $200. The outdoor grill vent-a-hood did not work. The garage door is very loud opening and closing and can wake up sleeping kids. Despite the comments, we were VERY happy with the Lucky Marlin and will be back.

This is a beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable. Home was very clean. Kitchen had all you needed to cook at home or outside on the large grill. Close to the beach with the golf cart provided. We had a couple of small issues and they we taken care of very quickly. I would highly recommend this property. We had 8 people stay here and we all had plenty of room. Definitely a 5 star!!

This is our 3rd year renting this house. It is perfect for our family of 11. It is clean, has everything you need and no issues. The master bedroom and living room fan would look better if they were replaced with something that could be cleaned easier. They look very dusty which makes you not want to turn them on. The pack man machine up stairs has not worked the past few years. It would be nice to have it work. The garage is perfect to back in a trailer full of beach stuff so we don't have to unload each day. The pool was heated this year, which was nice. They added some float bends full of pool toys, which the kids loved. All in all it is a great house, that has made many memories for our family.

We were checking in on Thanksgiving Day and had to clarify some questions about the golf cart rental and pool heater. Steve at Life in Paradise was quick to answer the phone and got in touch with the owners to get instructions for the pool heater. Even though the weather didn't really allow us to hit the beach the pool was excellent, as was the rest of the house. We definitely will stay here again.

I want to thank the owners for letting us change our 5 night stay to another week that was open due to a family member being in the hospital. We love the house and it is perfect for our kids and their spouses and our grandkids. We have stayed in this house before and the set up is awesome. The extended concrete that was recently done is definitely a plus since you can not park in the street. We have rented a house every year for over 10 years and this is the best one.

Overall a great experience. Great service - we had a few minor issues that got resolved on the first evening. The house itself has a great layout for 12 guests. Loved the gameroom upstairs and the pool area. Loved the decor of the house. Liked the convenience of the golf cart. The bikes were a nice addition. Enjoyed our ride on the beach.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We love the layout and the pool. Having the master on the first floor along with the public space is key for our family. We have 3 generations that come and the grandparents don't want to climb stairs so this house is perfect for us. My only complaint is the grill. Just like the previous time we stayed here, the grill is not clean. Thankfully we planned for this and brought our own this year. House was clean but the grill really needs some attention.

Beautiful home for family and friends if you have a large or small group. Great location and close to the beach and it was so nice to have our own private pool for anytime of the day. Large bedrooms and each room had their own bathroom which worked out great. Perfect home to stay at! We will be back. :)

Beautiful home had all we needed. Loved the open floor plan and having kitchen, living room and master bedroom on main floor. Plenty of space for everyone. Fantastic pool with plenty of lounging area. Game room with TV was a hit with the gamers.

This is our fourth you’re coming to Port Aransas renting houses for our annual family get together for the 16 of us. This year we rented two units one of which was the Lucky Marlin on Marlin Azul. The unit is impeccable and appears as new throughout the inside and outside. The patio is the most comfortable we’ve ever encountered with a swimming pool, tiki hut, quality Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor kitchen. It’s very hard to describe just how well decorated the unit is. For entertainment, upstairs there is a game room with a shuffleboard table, foosball, A Pac-Man game table and of course a TV with couches. The kitchen is large and well equipped with basically anything you need to entertain a large group of people. All beds are extremely comfortable. We rented both units through Life in Paradise rentals. The customer support this agency provides was beyond our expectations. They responded immediately and professionally to all of our questions and issues that surfaced and I give a shout out to Alex and Josh. We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay and would recommend the Lucky Marlin and Life in Paradise rentals to anyone for their family vacations.

This house worked perfectly for our large group - 7 adults and 4 kids. The property was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids had so much fun in the game room and everyone enjoyed the private pool. We were just a short golf cart ride from the beach. What more could you ask for? We would stay here again.

Our experience was great! With the pandemic this year, the management company was so helpful & understanding throughout booking process. In the years we’ve rented through them, if you need anything they truly are a phone call away.

The house is amazing. We love it and it’s the only place we will stay. If you have children, this amenities in this house for the kids allow the adults to also vacation. I’ve recommended this house to many of our friends in Austin.

We took a family trip with 6 adults and 4 toddlers. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and this amazing vacation home. It had a great layout with a game room that was perfect for family time. The kitchen was well stocked; the kid friendly pool had additional toys for their use, and there were additional beach/sand toys in the garage. The cabana with bluetooth was a nice addition to the outdoor time. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation in spite of last minute Hurricane Hanna. Pool was awesome and kept our grandchildren occupied during the hurricane .Property management easy to work with. Very clean. Very comfortable . Would definitely consider a return visit in the future. We had lots of inquiries about our stay due to photos that our children shared so maybe this house will be rented by others.

This is a super nice house with a perfect layout and a stellar pool and outdoor area!! We had a great time with the best accommodations! My only complaint- the resident neighbors complained about our noise one night, but this place is still top notch! Highly recommend!!

A wonderful escape from locked down MN. The travel group graciously left our golf cart for us at the Mustang Beach Airport. When we arrived we were thrilled with the beautiful house and very nice neighborhood. Location was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. But still quiet during the weekdays. Beautiful and very comfortable. There was a storm that went through the night before our arrival. Our pool area and grill (super greasy) needed some clean up, but the company tended to it relatively quickly after I contacted them. We also wished the pool could be heated. The game room needs a little TLC, like video games not scratched, and a we felt it was tacky that the arcade machine requires quarters. But despite these minor complaints. The house was one of the nicest available. We will definitely be back.

This is a great all-in-one stay. This was our second visit to this rental. It has everything we need and more. Very clean, well furnished with cookware & spacious. Gas grill & charcoal grill a plus for me.

House is in a great location. Property was very clean. Pool had a little too much chlorine but was a great hangout spot. There was plenty to do on and off the property. Great space for kids all of ages. The WiFi was a little slow but overall this place was great. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

This was the perfect house for me, my children & their families. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds & the game room was enjoyed by all of us as was the pool.

We were pleasantly surprised at the space within the home! Everything was clean and ready to go! The kitchen was fabulous and the furnishings were perfect to accommodate seating and sleeping for all of us. We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach access. We also enjoyed having the golf cart on property.
