Brilliant sunrises and magnificent Gulf views await you at Moon Doggie, located in the exclusive LaPlaya beachside neighborhood. This property boasts open spaces and multi-levels perfect for entertaining or keeping it low-key and intimate. Brightly colored Boho chic décor.  Easy walking distance to the beach with the private boardwalk. Enjoy the hot and cold outdoor shower.

The ground level has a garage and a large screened-in porch for entertaining and relaxing. The screened-in area has a large L shaped sectional, bar with a sink that can be used for serving space and a half bath. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water on the back porch.

Up the stairs to the 2nd floor is the common area and a bedroom with wood flooring and windows with views throughout. The living area has ample seating with a couch, sofa, 2 accent chairs, TV, Cable and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area has a glass table with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops,  spacious breakfast bar for food prepping and entertaining with seating for 5. Curl up and read a book by the back glass windows or venture out to the extensive deck for brilliant sunrises and magnificent Gulf views. Plenty of room to work on your tan or nap in the sun. The covered, shaded area is ideal for morning coffee or brunch. The downstairs Master bedroom  (BR1) has a King size bed, nightstands, private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and stackable washer/dryer. 

Up the wood stairs, you will come to a guest room (BR2) which has a Queen size bed and suitcase stand. The upstairs master bedroom (BR3) has a King size bed, accent chair, TV, nightstands, dresser for beach attire and its own private balcony for taking in the ocean breeze. The bedroom at the end of the hall (BR4) has a Queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, nightstand and suitcase stand and a shelf for personal belongings. These bedrooms share a full-size bathroom centrally located in the hallway with a stand-alone shower. Additional shelving and hanging space is at the end of the hall.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The home was in a nice little neighborhood with just one house between us and the beach. It was clean and as advertised. We rented a golf cart but easily could have just walked back and forth to the beach. The house has a nice large deck looking out at the water. We plan on staying here again.

Love this place. The only reason I don't give it 5-stars overall is because the decking downstairs next to the garage and main deck need to be refurbished. There's loose boards, rotten boards, and some nails sticking up. The downstairs shower is awesome, the location is great. Would maybe come back. One last thing...one of the beads was full of sand/dirty. Also, new mattresses are needed throughout the house, desperately. The house does have a washer/dryer so we cleaned the sheets.

We had to change our rental house at the last minute due to the beach restrictions on cars and were pleasantly surprised by our new spot. The house has a great view and was well equipped and perfect for our family. My only complaint is the living room furniture is uncomfortable and not conducive for lounging and chatting. It would also be awesome to have access to a good vacuum or broom and dustpan for combatting the sand. That being said, we would stay here again!

Great use of space, with plenty of outdoor living areas and great Gulf and beach views. My daughters and her friends especially enjoyed the large screened-area on the first level - they didn’t have to come upstairs on beach breaks since it has an outdoor shower, toilet, ample seating, and we kept a cooler & snacks in the bar area. Cute decor. Very convenient beach access. The little neighborhood is tucked away from outside traffic but still a quick golf-cart ride to stores, restaurants, etc. Most definitely would rent again.
