This charming home is the perfect place for the avid fisherman. Plenty of parking for your boat/trailer in the fenced in property, large yard, fish cleaning station,
picnic table, charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for quick rinse and clean up. All of this is on the ground level.
Venture upstairs to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while listening to the rustling of the palm trees
in the island breeze. There is plenty of seating for family and friends. Step inside to the open common living area. Enjoy your favorite TV shows
or movies with cable and Wifi while sitting on the couch, accent chairs or recliner. 3 bar stools can be pulled up for extra seating. You can interact
with those in the kitchen or dining table with seating for 4. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils,
pantry and open shelving for all of your cooking needs. Off of the living room is a half bath which also has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom

Beach & beautiful home with huge, fenced yard for dogs.

House sits on a huge corner lot with a fenced backyard. Extra space for cars, or even a boat. It was perfect for us (2 retired couples)vacationing with our dogs. There aren’t many homes in Port A with a fence so, this was a bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with several chairs, sofa & table. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of clean towels, soap, dishes, coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer, pots/pans etc.,The outside shower was nice!! My husband used it daily. Fish cleaning station was at back of the house. We didn’t use it but, thought it was cool if you needed one. It was an easy 1 block walk to shopping & fun Beer Barn/coffee bar with swings. We didn’t need a golf cart, drove onto The beach beach about mile away & unloaded our stuff. House was clean. We loved this house & we will book again.

Loved this house! It was perfect for a couple and pets!!
