This vacation rental is brand new… and it shows! With a great in-town location, you’ll find the Gulf Coast attractions and natural beauty of Port A at your doorstep. This coastal getaway backs to Port Aransas wetlands, with plenty of entertaining space so you can catch the ocean breeze and grill out your local catch of the day with the propane grill! Make a trip to the beach more hassle-free by using the wheeled ice chest cooler. (No fish in it please) Rinse off the gulf coast sand with an outdoor shower.

This tastefully decorated island home with a private heated pool sits on stilts and includes a washer & dryer tucked in the hallway and an open floor plan with kitchen and dining open to the living room. Gather together and lounge on the couch, sofa and accent chairs to watch a movie on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a standard coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the large table for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The three spacious bedrooms allow plenty of room for multiple families. The Master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, closet, accent chair and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of double granite vanities and a tub/shower. Kids will love sleeping in the guest room (BR2) made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet and a wall-mounted TV, great for watching cartoons and movies. The second guest room (BR3) holds a Queen bed, TV and closet. Both guest rooms share a bath in the hallway with a vanity and tub/shower. You will love to sit on this shaded balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. Cool off in the private pool or rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Tangerine Dream is centrally located to downtown shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is a short walk or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. *No Long Term Rentals*

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and just what we needed for our family of 5. When we got there the Trash was full but was taken care of nearly immediately when I called the office to let them know. The golf cart was a great addition as we didn't have to use our car to get around town or to the beach. The kids loved riding it everywhere we went. Best part was the private pool. Although it was warm (I am assuming due to the weather) It was a nice change from the beach when we wanted to swim and relax away from people. The whole family loved the late night swims. Only other problem we has was we didn't have an ice chest that was said to be at the house for us to use, but that was not a big problem we weren't at the beach long enough to need one.The extra credit we got for the beach gear wasn't needed. Save yourself the trouble and just rent from the vendors at the beach. It will help with less hauling of beach gear and they are already securely set up with no fight.

This is our second time here. We love the location and area. The house is easy to stay in and quite lovely. The kitchen is equipped with most of what you need and want. Life in Paradise staff was very helpful and quickly responsive when we had a request or question. The weather is so lovely. The house did not cool as well this year as last year so we will not be staying there again but it was still not bad so if that is not something you mind then I highly recommend this house and this company.

Property management was very responsive and proactive that everything was squared away prior to vacation. Cute set up. 4 stars, because the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and there were several cockroaches accompanying us in our stay.

We had an amazing time in Port A! The rental was perfect. It was clean and had all the necessary items for our stay. The pool and backyard area was super clean and the golf cart was a nice addition for our stay. I will definitely rent again with the company.

What a great vacation we had! The house is so cute and comfortable. The company treated us very well. We loved having the golf cart even though it is quite expensive to rent for a week. However it is a must for the future again. So easy and convenient to get to the beach. The pool was wonderful and clean. The house has plenty of amenities such as cookware and towels. We did have some noisy neighbors but they quieted down after 10 per the rules so it was ok. We would most definitely stay here again and hope to again next year.

Our family enjoyed being at The Tangerine Dream. Everything was so carefully thought out when furnishing the home. We didn’t need anything during our stay. The kids spent most the day in the pool or lounging in the bunk room. The adults were able to relax easily. The walk to the beach was short and nice. So nice to have a home away from home! This will now be my go to Port A rental!

We have rented many homes in Port A and this was by far our favorite one! Beautiful beach home without being too \"beachy\". Sometimes the beach decor is overdone. Not this place. Decor was bright and light. So clean! Everything we needed was there. The pool was perfect for the three of us. Having it heated was amazing! Easy golf card rental that was at the home waiting for us. Location is perfect.
Can get to almost anything in five minutes. Quick and easy communication with LIP management. Very professional. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Tangerine Dream! The location was great and close to the beach and restaurants. We loved the golf cart, it was a must have for the kids! Also the had a great selection of family games and beach items for you to use. We loved the corn hole boards! A couple of things to be aware of:
1. Bring your own shampoo and conditoner as they only provide mini bottles and our was only haf full.
2. Bring trash bags. They only provide 2 which wasn't enough for 8 people.
3. Also if you are planning to grill, it would be helpful to bring so things such as tongs, metal spatula etc..
Overall we loved itand can't wait to book again!!

Our vacation was great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Wish the pool would of been bigger, but we still enjoyed it. Perfect for the babies. Only issued we had was, we found a critter in the barbecue pit. We called management, reported it. Bbq pit was replaced. We also enjoyed the complimentary golf cart that came with the condo.

Dream trip cooled when pool heater didnt work

Tangerine Dream was very clean with nice, functional furniture, plenty of furnishings & amenities. The use of golf cart made it even better to access beach & attractions. We did have a theft of my son's surf rod/reel out of his truck the first night & the pool heater was broken even after I requested the use upon booking.

Booked this home for a weekend getaway with two other couples and I cannot tell you how much fun we had at the Tangerine dream house. Very clean, well stocked with most essentials and cooking pans. Golf cart and private pool is also a bonus and condo is in a great location in regards to the beach. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were about to book this house pretty last minute since our original plans were cancelled due to Covid. Upon arrival there was a slight issue with cleanliness of one of the beds and the trash still in the kitchen. We called and someone was there to clean what was needed. Someone also came to prepare the gift cart for us as it wasn’t ready yet. The location was good and loved the private pool! The kitchen had all necessary cooking items we needed!

We stayed at this property for 5 days in July. The house was exactly what we expected and then some! We really enjoyed the pool and having two barbecues to use. Lots of pool and beach toys available, too. We did plenty of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-stocked; lots of appliances that we didn't expect was a pleasant surprise. While not on the beach, the house was close enough to anywhere we wanted to go. We'll be back!

Mom and kids weekend

We had a wonderful little getaway! The house was the perfect size for our families and the kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing we didn’t see were plastic bowls for our kiddos. We ended up buying some so we didn’t have any accidents. Location was perfect and the other families staying there were really nice which made for a great weekend.

Nice place but dirty

The location was excellent and the property was new and nice it was just dirty. There was a dirty wash cloth In the master shower and the master room bed was broken and we had to fix it. We would stay in this area again just not at this house
