Rules & Regulations
Welcome to Village Walk, and we hope that your stay here is an enjoyable and memorable one. As with all properties, we have a few simple rules that we hope you will observe, as we believe these rules will ensure that all residents of Village Walk can enjoy their Units to the fullest. Thank you for taking time to familiarize yourself with this information.
Parking – All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway of each unit with parking passes. All additional vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas along the streets with curbs, sidewalks and palm trees. Parking is restricted to ____ vehicles and all must be parked behind the property in driveway.
NO parking in street areas designated “NO PARKING”.
NO parking in other home driveways or in pool parking driveways.
NO parking in empty lots (grass or sand areas) or on sidewalks.
NO Boat, Personal Watercraft, RV, Bus, or Trailer parking ANYWHERE (except in closed garages).
Violators are subject to having their vehicle/boat, etc. towed at their expense.
Trash – Please take all trash to the Blue Republic Waste dumpster. DO NOT put any trash in any other dumpster or pool trashcans. Please do NOT leave trash
outside.
Occupancy Limits – Maximum occupants for this home is ________ people. (including children)
Speed Limits – Please observe a 10 MPH speed limit at all times. Valid drivers license required to operate golf carts.
Common Areas – Please keep personal belongings inside the home or garage. Keep areas free and clear of toys, coolers and trash. Do not hang wet clothing and beach articles over fences or banisters. Please use hangers by outside showers if available. No driving of golf carts on any paths.
Yard Areas – Please do not set any temporary shade structures/tents in yard areas. Please do not feed seagulls on the property.
Noise – From 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, residents shall observe a “Quiet Time” rule. No bright lights, outside music, etc. Please take your get-together inside.
Pool Hours – 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Adults must be with children under 14.
Pets - Must be kept leashed and under control by pet owner. Pet owners must clean up after pets. Do not leave unattended pets. Pets are not allowed in swimming pool areas.
Fires must be limited to enclosed cooking grills or chimineas/fire pits within the fenced-in area of each Unit. No fires/grilling is permitted on balconies or decks. All cold ashes must be placed in the fire receptacle and then dumped in the dumpster prior to checkout.
Other – NO CLIMBING ON HOUSE ROOFS.
NOTE: Violation of any of the above rules may result in a guest being asked to leave the property. Please follow the rules so that everyone may enjoy their stay at Village Walk.
