Welcome to Endless Summer License to Chill, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located in Port Aransas. It features an open living, dining, and kitchen concept with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all your basic kitchen needs.  Enjoy the two outdoor balcony areas, with plenty of room to relax and take in the fresh ocean air.  The resort-style heated pool with grills and picnic tables provides the perfect outdoor setting for gathering with family and friends. With easy access to town, shops, restaurants, and the beach, you'll be able to explore everything Port A has to offer. And that's not all, this vacation home also includes a golf cart and beach gear available upon request. Endless Summer License to Chill is the perfect beach getaway spot!

We had an amazing stay. The pool area is like 30 feet away from our place which made it very convenient. The townhome is super clean with high-end furnishes. We couldn't asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back to rent this place.

I gotta say I absolutely love staying with life in paradise . Golf cart is always a plus especially when you have kids . We currently loss my mom and needed a little break from life we have 8 kids 2 special need kids and I will say their not very kid friendly definitely with white linen and pool was super cold so theirs that . I can say the house was clean and had plenty of board games but the balconies for kids are a little dangerous with the tall stools . Other than that it was nice .

Fabulous townhouse! We are frequent fliers to Port A and have stayed at MANY places over the years and this is now our new "go-to" rental. We had a view of the pool and it's the perfect location to cart or even walk to the beach and to town. It's a smaller complex which was nice not having a ton of thru traffic. The heated pool was amazing!! We enjoyed the sound of the waterfall from our open windows too. The layout is perfect for families and for adult groups too. We never felt crowded. The owners obviously had their guests in mind when furnishing the home. From the comfortable beds, ample closet space (master has perfect built-ins so you can unpack and truly feel at home), the recliners in the living room, to the well appointed kitchen. Everything was perfect. We love to eat out when we are there but we found ourselves enjoying cooking and using the grill by the pool; which cooking is never our thing. The Dollar General is s quick 2 minute cart (or a 5 minute walk) which is very helpful when you forget the hamburger buns. Of course the kids love that Sonic is right next to Dollar General too. The sunsets from the crows nest are breathtaking and breezy. We spent many nights hanging out up there. The full size table and seating makes it a perfect spot to end your night. We highly recommend License to Chill for your next trip.

We had an great stay. The place was very clean and well furnished. We loved the custom closet in the master bedroom. It even has a desk with monitor for catching up on work stuff. The balconies were furnished with tables and plenty of seating. We also, loved the heated pool and there was plenty of parking. We will defiantly be back to stay.

An amazing heated pool with beautifully decorated condos, what more is there to ask for? Had a great time here, and we would love to come back here soon. The balcony view was really great, we loved hanging out here at night while having a few drinks. An excellent rental management company, excellent stay. Thanks for housing us!

Came down here with a couple of friends to enjoy some of that beach fun like we said we always wanted. Port A did not disappoint. We had a blast down here, and this condo was in great condition for us. The golf cart was great, and the pool even came heated, so no chilly nights!! Everyone enjoyed it, and we would love to come by again soon.

We chose this property as opposed to others because it was very big and could house us, plus the pricing was very convenient. Loved our stay here at Endless Summers, and we were so happy with the way everything turned out. Will definitely come back again!

They thought of everything when furnishing this condo. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous. It felt like we were walking into our home. There’s so much to see and do around the area. Everything was clubs. Can’t wait to rent again.
